Augustin Villetard ("we," "us," or "our") operates Potty Training Coach (the "App"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
Information handled on your device
The App does not require an account. Potty-training profile choices, routine reminders, potty-event logs, reward progress, caregiver profiles, and handoff notes are designed to remain in the App's local storage on your device. We do not receive this family content, and it must not be included in Factory Analytics.
Local notification permission is used only to schedule potty reminders you enable. Notification scheduling is handled by iOS on your device.
Service providers
The App is designed to use the following providers:
- Apple processes in-app subscription purchases, payment information, subscription management, and notification permission.
- RevenueCat processes purchase, subscription, and entitlement information to validate purchases and restore subscription access.
- Superwall presents subscription paywalls and processes related paywall interactions and purchase presentation.
- Factory Analytics receives a random analytics-only installation identifier, app locale, a country code derived by Cloudflare, and bounded event codes for app lifecycle, onboarding, paywalls, purchases, restores, and feature use. Child profile values, potty-event details, caregiver names, notes, and reminder content must not be sent.
- Our email provider processes information you send when you contact support at augustin.dev@tutamail.com.
These providers process only the technical, purchase, paywall, or support information needed for their services, subject to their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.
How information is used
We use purchase, entitlement, paywall, support, and bounded product-interaction information to operate the App, present and manage subscriptions, restore access, measure onboarding and feature performance, and respond to support requests. Family content stored in the App is not used for advertising or tracking.
Retention and deletion
Information stored only on your device remains there until you remove it or delete the App. Factory Analytics raw events are retained for 14 days and installation-level cohort data for up to 45 days; longer-lived aggregate metrics do not contain installation identifiers. Other provider-held purchase, entitlement, paywall, and support information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary or required by law.
Because family content is stored locally, you can remove it from the App on your device or delete the App. For information we or our vendors hold about you, contact us using the details below to request deletion where applicable.
Children's privacy
Potty Training Coach is a tool for parents and caregivers, not a service directed to children. The App does not ask a child to create an account or submit information to us. Parents and caregivers control the local family data entered in the App.
Health information
Potty Training Coach provides general organizational and educational guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about pain, withholding, constipation, urinary symptoms, development, or another health issue, contact a qualified pediatric health professional.
Your privacy choices and rights
For information we or our vendors hold about you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing where applicable, including under the GDPR. You may also remove locally stored family information directly from your device.

Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will appear here with a revised date and, where appropriate, in the App.
